HubRelay LLC ("HubRelay," "we," "us," or "our") operates hubrelay.io and the related web app and API (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

2. What HubRelay does

HubRelay lets you define zip code and state rules in one place and syncs them to your connected platforms automatically. The Service is offered as a web app and API for businesses. You create an account to use it.

3. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, and billing information you provide when registering.
• Usage data: IP address, device and browser information, log data, and basic analytics about how the Service is used.
• Customer-submitted data: the domains, IPs, addresses, coordinates, rules, and uploads you send to the Service.
• Support data: emails, messages, and screenshots you send us when requesting help.

We do not run marketing pixels, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, Plausible, HubSpot, or the Meta pixel. We use only essential cookies needed to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in).

4. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To improve product features, fix bugs, and understand how the Service is used.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use customer data to train machine learning models or improve algorithms, and we do not sell personal information.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our systems; payment information is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

6. How we share information

We share information only with vendors who help us run the Service (for example, hosting, payment processing, and email delivery), and only as needed for them to perform that work. We do not share data with marketing partners or affiliates, and customer lookup queries and results are never made public. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the Service.

7. Data retention

We retain account information, logs, support tickets, and billing records for up to one year, except where a longer period is required by law (for example, for tax or accounting purposes). If you cancel or terminate your account, your customer-submitted data is deleted within 90 days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls limiting who on our team can access production systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email hi@hubrelay.io. Because customers cannot delete data themselves through the Service today, we will handle deletion requests manually within a reasonable time.

10. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

HubRelay is operated from the United States and our servers are located in the United States. The Service is intended for users in the United States.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email.
